IS THE ESTATE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
Due to being a wedding and events venue, we are not open to the public. However, you can visit the St Osyth Priory Education Centre website, to see when they are next hosting a guided walking tour of the estate.

We also have several beautiful self-catering accommodations throughout the estate, which you can book on our website.
CAN I HIRE THE VENUE EXCLUSIVELY?
You will have exclusive use of Darcy House throughout your wedding day.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE YOU CAN HOST?
Typically we host up to 150, however, we can explore alternative options for larger numbers across the estate.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE VENUE?
Yes, we welcome children!
CAN OUR GUESTS STAY AT THE VENUE?
Yes, we have a variety of beautiful self-catering accommodations available throughout the estate!
HOW MUCH ACCOMMODATION IS THERE ON THE ESTATE?
‌We currently have the following accommodation available on the estate..
Bailiffs - sleeps 6 people
Toll Barn - sleeps 2 people
South Lodge - sleeps 5 people
Darcy West - sleeps 10 people
WILL THERE BE MORE ACCOMMODATION COMING?
Yes, our glorious Gatehouse is currently being restored and will feature 12 bedrooms.
Alongside this, we will have further self-catering homes across the estate in the future...
